認識駱醫師
在整形外科領域接受了十多年的專科教育和培訓，擁有亞洲和北美洲雙專科醫師認證的整形外科 駱瑋凱醫師 對東西方不同的審美理念有著全面性的了解。駱醫生結合了來自兩個世界的先進手術技術和概念，並客製化手術來提供最佳的結果。
駱瑋凱醫師在美國接受完整整形外科專科訓練，尤其專精臉部及身體各部份的美容整形手術。 更因為他對東西方文化的深入理解及針對個人需求的手術推薦，使其在台灣和美國紐約曼哈頓受到不同族群病人的愛戴。
駱醫師曾榮獲無數獎項和時常被邀請在各大美容醫學會演講，也曾在許多著名醫學期刊發表多篇關於美容整形外科、重建外科和口腔癌等主題的文章。由駱醫師著寫的美容教科書章節包含手術拉皮、鼻整形、抽脂等等，多種美容手術項目。
台灣台北出生，在加拿大溫哥華就讀高中時以全校第一名畢業後進入美國約翰霍普金斯大學就讀。取得生物醫學工程及資訊工程之雙主修學士學位後再於約翰霍普金斯大學醫學院取得醫學博士學位。
在威斯康辛醫學院附屬醫院完成六年美容及重建整形手術住院及總醫師訓練後，甄選進入紐約曼哈頓美容整形泰斗 Dr. Sherrell J. Aston 之 Fellowship 研習。
駱醫師在美國及台灣都有醫師執照，是目前唯一同時擁有美國和台灣整形外科專科醫師執照的整形外科醫師。 於家鄉台北及林口的長庚紀念醫院教學醫院擔任整形外科主治醫師數年後，回到紐約曼哈頓開始了自己的美容整形外科診所。
駱醫師是美國美容整形外科醫學會會員、美國整形外科醫師協會會員和國際美容整形外科醫學會會員。他也是亞洲乳房整形外科醫學會的創始成員。
駱醫師的訓練資歷還包含了長庚紀念醫院顯微重建外科的手術 fellowship 和臨床研究，並在紐約曼哈頓眼耳喉醫院 (MEETH)/紐約大學 (NYU) 完成了整形美容外科的手術和臨床研究。
駱醫師認為看起來自然、渾然天成是美容整形手術的最高境界。他的病人常曬了一身古銅色肌膚來回診，那是因為他們勇於展現術後的自然體態。 駱醫師更相信，無妝容及無修片的術前術後照片才能真實呈現手術的效果。
